Mental Health First Aid Training
A Mental Health First Aid class will be offered at Ellensburg UMC on December 12 (1-5pm) and December 12 (8am-12pm). The class will be a total of 8 hours, split up over two days.
This class is for anybody who would like to be more confident in identifying, understanding, and responding to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults. We hope that many in our congregation and community will find this class helpful, and especially hope that our volunteers and facility users who utilize the Annex space will attend.
